Regular Delivery Services Info

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday*.

Please note, there is no delivery service on Sundays and Holidays. All orders made outside of regular business hours, including Sundays and Holidays, will be delivered the next available business day.

To be eligible for Same Day Delivery, all orders must be made before 10:00am ET. Orders made after 10:00am will be delivered on the next business day.
If order is made after 10:00am on Saturday, it will be delivered on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday, in which case delivery will be made the next business day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY & LAST MINUTE DELIVERY SERVICES:

For any express orders, we will try to our best to arrange rush deliveries via local courier services. Please contact the store at 416-962-3388.

DELIVERY FEES WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON DISTANCE FROM OUR SHOP.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

In light of current events, we have implemented the following safety measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers, our couriers and our staff. Please understand this is done with everyone’s health and safety in mind.

All delivery parcels to houses the residences that have no front desk/concierge in the building, we will call the recipients first before we deliver. Please provide a recipient’s contact number so we can give a call.
Flower delivery will be done with contactless manner.
